Before they can be men... they must be BOYS!

We started letting Corbin listen to his music on his ipod when he cleans his room. (It has been fabulous, he cleans his room faster and with no complaints) However, he also sings really loud.
Yesterday, during saturday morning cleaning, he was singing "Life is a highway, I wanna drive it ON MY LAWN."
He cracks us up!

On Christmas morning Corbin came into our room and woke us up. When we finally came to our senses we said, "Hey, it's Christmas, should we go and see if Santa came to visit?" that's when Corbin informed us that Santa had come, we asked him how he knew and he said, "Because I saw all of the stuff that he left for me out in the front room, duh."
I am not sure if he meant, duh, that's where he leaves it, or duh...way to be good parents and let your 4 year old go see Christmas while you sleep in?

Every M, W, & F I pick up Corbin and his four little friends, Jayce, Kenyon, Allysa, and Avery from preschool. Just recently when we have started dropping off Avery Corbin has started saying, "Just a minute mom, I have to open the door for Avery and walk her up to her front door." (he doesn't do it for anyone else, just Avery. ...What's up with that! (he is such a little gentleman)

Corbin: Mom, we need to go to my grill this week.
Mom: Oh yeah, why?
Corbin: because I found out there's another Corbin in this world, so I need to find out if it's my grill or his.

This last week was our ward campout. (They go to lava for Lavapalooza every year) Anyways, I guess in primary they asked if everyone was going and Corbin chimed in with, "Our family doesn't camp, we only stay in Condo's!"
I would like to say that I am embarrassed by this, but my only reaction is, "That's my boy!"

(So this is just for me to remember, because he is getting big and it will go away soon.)Every night before going to bed Corbin says, "Good Nik mom. I love you. See you in the morning." ... 1 minute later... "Mom, will you check on me? Okay, Good Nik."(It's like clockwork. You know what's coming...and I love it!)

After FIFI proudly presented the magic rabbit and was taking it around for the children to pet corbin inquisitively asks, "Can I poke it's eye out?"

7/13While picking up some snacks for our vacation at the Sam's Club he yelled out, "Rooby, Rooby Doo!" after I put a package of Scooby Doo fruit snacks into the cart.

Corbin: "Mom, Logan and Easton are getting on their Venom and Batman Costumes, can I put on my costume too?" Mom: "What costume?" Corbin: "You know, my Cat in the Hat Costume!" (This is when I realize I have done my son a huge disservice in halloween costumes, no matter how funny it is!(He was the Cat in the Hat and his brothers were Thing 1 & Thing 2))
